Registration

To register for the meeting, invited speakers should fill the registration form. Filled out registration form should be sent to Wolf D. Geppert (Stockholm University, phone ++46-(0)761-203-5815, fax ++49-(0)761203-5707) per e-mail attachment (to wgeppert@hotmail.com) or fax.

The meeting is also open to participants outside the working group. Conference organisers, however, reserve the right to refuse registration to such participants.

Important notice: It seems that the interest is quite high for the meeting. Unfortunately the capacities of the rooms are limited and, due to the large size of the group we can guarantee accommodation only for the speakers. Other places will be allocated on a strict first-come first-served basis.  So early registration is strongly recommended.

Please also note: Participation is only guaranteed if you have obtained a confirmation of participation after submitting your registration from the organisers.

Deadline for registration is 31 March 2010. Deadline for abstract submission is 15 April 2010.

Participation fees

Prices for participation in the conference are as follows:

Accommodation in double room EUR 325,- per person
Accommodation in single room EUR 375,- per person

This fee comprises accommodation in the chosen room type for between May 9th and May 12th. Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 coffee breaks per day as well as participation in the excursion) starting from dinner on May 9th and concluding with lunch on May 12th are included in the conference package. Beer and soft drinks are free at lunches and the dinner on Sunday. At the dinner on the boat on Monday a glass of beer/soft drink with the soup and a glass of wine for the main course and a glass of sweet wine for the dessert as well as mineral water ad libitum is included. During the vintner's dinner on Tuesday we will serve wine and mineral water for free.  If you want some thing stronger you will have to pay for them.

Payment

Payment should be made directly to the hotel. Common credit cards are accepted.

Funding for Management Committee,  WG1 members and invited speakers (only !)

Funding for participation in the conference is available for management committee and working group members as well as invited speakers: Other scientists and students are welcome to attend at their own costs. Due to budget constraints we have no funds for participation of students and co-workers of the above-mentioned people. However, we offer participation for students in double rooms for, as we think, a very good price.

Please note: Working group (all of them) and Management Committee members (only 2 per country, if they are not members of the WG) of the COST Action as well as invited speakers from Europe will be reimbursed for their travel costs (economy class flights or travel by train or own car) up to EUR 300,- and their participation fee (for accommodation in single rooms and all meals). Invited speakers from outside Europe are asked to contact the organisers for reimbursement. However, due to COST rules (sorry !), you will have to pay at the hotel first and reclaim the money from the EU. Forms for reimbursements will be sent out to the working group members in due course. We apologise for this inconvenience.
