Management Committee (MC) meetings

Management Committee meetings will be held at least once a year. To save costs, they will be organized around another COST event.
Subject to the available budget, COST can reimburse up to 2 MC members per country and the Chair of the Action.In addition, countries that intend to participate in the Action (by signing the MoU), can nominate MC candidates who are also eligible for reimbursement.
