Working Group (WG) meetings
The three Working groups will hold regular meetings at least once a year. Working Groups will be held preferably before or day after a major event in astrochemistry or Management Committee meeting to save costs.
To vary the programme of these meetings, it is planned that each of these events will organized under a special subject in the field of astrochemistry. Working group meetings are open to any participant from a field related to astrochemistry, but only group and Management Committee members as well as a limited number of invited speakers can be reimbursed for their costs. The reimbursement of the participants should reflect a good balance from the various signatory countries. Each year one of the workshops of the Action should involve Early Stage Researchers (less than PhD + 10 years) to strengthen links with each other and with experienced scientists involved in the management of the Action.

Summer schools
A series of summer schools is planned during the Action. They will be announced on this website.
Management Committee (MC) meetings
1-2 times per year the Management Committee will hold meetings. Members will be reimbursed for their travel and maintenance costs. Please check the relevant site for further information.
Final Conference
A final conference will be organized to conclude the action. Please check this website for updates.
Other events
Although we will very happily spread the news about other astrochemistry-related conferences, workshops and summer schools, COST does not allocate money to the organization of and participation in such events.
